Q. What's the difference between alpha and beta? When will alpha end?

Alpha is an early development stage for feature validation, while beta is the final testing phase before official release. Alpha end date will be determined based on validation results with partner companies.

Q. What does 'validation in progress' mean?

We're validating extraction accuracy, language support, system stability, etc. in real-world environments. We continue improving based on feedback.

Q. How is data handled?

Data is encrypted and stored securely. It can be deleted upon request. We also offer NDA agreements.

Q. What are the participant recruitment requirements?

You can set conditions per project. Anyone who can join Google Meet is generally eligible.

Q. How much time commitment is required?

We ask for 1-2 test sessions (30-60 minutes each) and a ~30-minute feedback interview.
